Boswell's drawing of the head wound. 1). The writing reads 'vomer crushed'. 2) 'Globe rt eye' & 'Fracture through floor'. 3). Falx loose from sagital suture from the coronal suture back' 4). Apparently loose fragments of bone at or near what was taken to be the entry wound. One fragment appears triangular and measures '3 x 4 x 6', presumably cm. 5). Representation of a 10cm fragment of bone attached by scalp to the left top of the head. |
