The Headshot Trajectory Problem

The diagram (right) shows (in yellow) the trajectory through the head of a shot following the 'autopsy' course, and (in blue) the 'amended' trajectory, as per the Clark Panel & the HSCA.

   

The 'autopsy' eop entry site is marked at the right rear of the head. The autopsy 'exit' is marked red, at the right front of the head.. The yellow arrow shows the line of a bullet from the TSBD (approx 16 degrees downwards relative to the plane of this, frame 312 of the Zapruder film).

Clearly if the autopsy determination of the 'inshoot' is correct, the bullet would have to be severely deflected to exit at the top right of the head.The HSCA /Clark entry seems on the face of it to make more sense (see below).
